Installation and Programming

  1. It is recommended to place NeverSoft™ valve caps in direct sunlight for 1-day prior to installation.
  2. Pre-Inflate Boat
    If not already, inflate boat to the manufacturer’s PSI specification.  NerverSoft caps are not designed to inflate from flat.
  3. Install NeverSoft™ Cap
    –Remove the original valve cap.
    –Replace with your NeverSoft™ cap.
  4. Automatic Activation
    –Once installed, the cap will sense pressure, the pump will briefly run and the lights will flash.
  5. Programing Target Average High Pressure Mode
    –When the cap is first installed, the pump will run briefly, and the indicator lights will flash the number of blinks that correspond to its current mode setting. Removing the cap while the lights are flashing will enter it into programming mode.
    –Each blink mode sequence runs approximately 15 seconds before entering the next mode sequence:
    1 blink = Mode 1: Target Average High Pressure 2 PSI (140 mb)
    2 blinks = Mode 2: Target Average High Pressure 2.5 PSI (170 mb)
    3 blinks = Mode 3: Target Average High Pressure 3 PSI (205 mb)
    4 blinks = Mode 4: Target Average High Pressure 3.5 PSI (240 mb)
    –Reinstall the cap while the lights are flashing during the desired mode to select it. –The LEDs will blink to confirm your selection by flashing the selected mode sequence.
  6. Relax and Enjoy
    –That’s it! Your NeverSoft™ cap is now set. Time to kick back and enjoy your favorite beverage
